Trained to use the VA Linux in-house ECO system for processing ECOs and Deviations. This method was comprised of complex cross-platform functionality that included the Baan Database, Excel, Staroffice, Efax, Adobe Acrobat, Citrix Client Netscape Messenger, and Oracle11i software.
Responsible for all aspects of the ECO process. Collecting relevant material, converting that material into an electronic format. Distributing the ECO to appropriate parties via email. Monitoring all responses, applying the changes in Baan/Oracle Databases. Released the finished version of the ECO to Synnex (Contract Manufacturer).
