Old Zen Catholic with many years of meditation and study has furnished rooms available for persons wishing to live a life of meditation and right lively-hood. These would be persons that are not too busy with the outside world and would have the time and interest in building community.
Have rich organic planters for growing food.
I believe that we all have a special gift(that talent that comes from the heart)to share. Mine is the culinary arts. I have been cooking for 60 years. I do make some fine chocolates that could be used for fund raising.
Living in this situation would be a good opportunity to develop ones talents.
I envision an expanding community that can eventually become self supporting and become an alternative to the present retirement communities. I believe in everybody being productive as long as they can and those needing help getting it regardless of age(or financial assets).
The market rent is 600/month but can be adjusted to situation. This property is my only real means of livelihood and it does cost money to maintain. I will need either cash or maintenance services.
